Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of life of a talented young man with ASD until he lives as an artist from an aspect of career development. To this end, focusing on mother of young man with ASD, the biographical methodology which explore the social phenomenon through the voice of the participants were conducted. The result of this study, career development of mother for her child was tied up with many factors such as child's individual characteristics, parents perception to the situation, social and environmental factors including the special education environment, accidental ties and opportunities. the result of this study raised the need for early discovering hidden gifts of ASD, early consultation for the entire life of ADS, career education that begins early, predictable and systematic career education, and transitional education through collaboration with families and related local communities.
